Loominance is a light and sound work created for the former NYMA artificial silk factory in Nijmegen. The animation unfolds as a set of pixel-based machines generating weaving-inspired patterns across the building’s remaining columns, echoing the site’s history of textile production. Accompanied by a soundscape of industrial textures, the piece treats the architecture as a digital loom where past and present overlap.
